Actor Purab Kohli joins hands with an NGO to support children affected by cancer

Actor Purab Kohli is now helping a non profit organisation, which looks after the nutrition of children who have been affected by cancer.

“Over the past few months,I was drawn into gathering information for a couple of friends who were fighting cancer and was intrigued to find what an important role nutrition plays in dealing with it. A friend mine who had a lump in her breast saw it reduce almost 75% just by changing her diet and hormone therapy,” says Kohli

The actor, who will soon be seen in the sequel of Rock On!!!, feels supporting such a cause will give strength to all those who are fighting the disease.

“While I was researching about cancer, my mother told me about that the Cuddles Foundation and the great work they do in providing nutritious food for children to give them strength to fight cancer. The founder was keen for me to get involved with them.I’m excited about it,” says Purab, who is father of nine-month-old daughter Inaya Amlia.

Purab plans to visit multiple centres of the organisation and meet all the children who are part of it.
